「緬懷自己的過去，就是沒有未來的開始。」
老佛爺認為沉迷過去的光環，是非常可惜的，我們所做的一切並不是提醒別人你曾經達成什麼，而是你現在正在創造什麼，一次的成功沒有意義，你得一次又一次的超越它，老佛爺的座右銘就是過去毫無光彩，做過什麼可不會生出利息來。

這句話編編覺得既寫實又幽默~有點讓人哭笑不得。老佛爺認為婚姻是在人類平均壽命只有30歲時發明的制度，但現在人們30歲結婚，然後維持60年的婚姻，是有點違背人性的，因為，人們不可能不瞄別的異性！

「穿寬鬆的運動長褲是失敗的象徵，你無法掌握自己的人生，才會妥協去買運動褲安慰自己。」
身材逐漸失控者必看！老佛爺也曾經中年發福，但為了把自己塞進Dior Homme西裝(瘦子限定)，1年之內就瘦了42kg超有意志力！既然都減肥成功，就一定不能胖回來，連巧克力也30年沒吃過了，瘦身後他只吃對自己有益的食物，餐與餐之間也不會進食。

「千萬不要以沒錢成為自己打扮得醜的藉口！」
在這個時代，你可以用很平價的衣服打造出很時尚的風格，即使是一件白T加牛仔褲，都可以塑造出屬於自己的時尚，都只在於你願不願意而已。

最後，老佛爺留下的這句話，值得所有人深省。我們總是太在意別人的眼光、對自己的評價，把自己搞得既累又不開心。是應該反過來、好好地認識與接納自己了，只有足夠愛自己，內心才會逐漸變強大，別人的看法，干你生活什麼事呢？「最大的奢華，就是不必為了別人調整自己。」
