End of 2018, department budget has been approved. 👿Satan's found his dept budget has been cut tremendously although the forecast shows the citizens of Hell is increasing. He tried to fight for better budget but not success which leave him no choice to find a better solution.

Hence, 👿Satan pretends a human female in the human's world that selling angel's halo. He ( or "She", in human's world) spreads the news that whoever wears a halo👼 can enter Heaven.
